  • With almost 20 years’ experience working across the UK and Australasia, I bring practical skills from agricultural, retail, wholesale, and competition butchery. As a competitor, judge, and trainer, I teach skills that are real-world, efficient, and aligned with industry standards.

    I combine hands-on guidance with storytelling and insights drawn from my experience, making every session engaging, informative, and directly applicable. I’m genuinely passionate about meat and butchery, and I use clear, straightforward language to ensure training is relevant and accessible for all learners, regardless of background or experience.
