LIVE DEMONSTRATIONS

I deliver engaging and informative live butchery demonstrations for food festivals, trade shows, industry events, and public audiences. Each session combines practical butchery skills with storytelling, competition insight, and a genuine passion for the craft, creating an experience that is both educational and entertaining.

Whether working on a main stage or in a more intimate setting, my focus is on giving audiences a clear insight into butchery techniques, along with valuable information on different breeds, cuts, and cooking methods in a way that is easy to understand and enjoyable to watch.

Live demonstrations are particularly well suited to large carcass breakdowns, such as whole lamb, sides of pork, or beef roastings and quarters. I break these down efficiently and safely, showcasing technical skill, knife control, and workflow in a way that both captivates and educates a live audience.

I enjoy working alongside chefs who live-fire cook the meat as the carcass is being broken down. This creates a dynamic, collaborative experience that allows audiences to see the full journey from raw product to finished dish in real time.

As a female butcher, I bring a unique presence to the stage that challenges the traditional stereotype of what people expect a butcher to be. This difference naturally draws in a wider audience, sparks curiosity, and helps create an engaging, memorable live experience.
